Over the years, we have specialized in the processing of electro-welded carpentry such as machine tool bases, arms for aerial platforms, components for earth-moving machines, as well as in the processing of parts made from solid and not, for the precision mechanics sector, for packaging, for the construction of equipment for automatic machines, of any material and application.
We deal both with third-party processing and with the supply of finished parts. In the second case, we follow all the phases: from the procurement of the material to the mechanical processing, welding, heat treatments, surface treatments, as well as to carry out assembly and testing where necessary.
Our goal is to provide quality service: this stimulates us to invest in the latest technology. We rely on the use of the best generation software, such as CAD / CAM NX Siemens, for the execution of tool paths for CNC machining. We use crm programs for monitoring work progress and timing, to create estimates, and to keep track of offers, facilitating their archiving.
Since 2017 we have been part of the Borghi SPA group for which we perform mechanical machining of their components, and from which we draw services to support our business: design, metrology room, machining with special machines such as wire/plunge EDM, and laser engraving.
